DIRT BIKE RENTALS INFORMATION

- Track fees are not included with the rental service. 

- 1 coaching session is required for riders with no riding or track experience.​​

- If weather conditions prevent service from being provided, dates can be rescheduled.
- If you’re found to be acting irresponsible with the bike, or endangering others safety, DirtBikeConnection reserves the right, to end your scheduled rental. A refund is NOT given in this case.
- Only the scheduled rider will be allowed to ride the rented bike. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of the rental.
- Renters are responsible to pay for damage that occur during the rental period; such as bent or broken bars, levers, perches, cracked or broken plastic, ripped seat covers, etc.

- Engine or drive train problems including flat tires are the responsibility of DirtBikeConnection.
- All rentals take place exclusively at 3 Palms Action Sports Park, located at 15100 Interstate 45 S, Conroe, TX 77384. 

- Rental activities are subject to 3 Palms Action Sports Park’s hours of operation and opening schedule.

- No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

Rental Terms & Conditions

By renting, operating, or participating in any activity involving equipment provided by Dirt Bike Connection, all renters and riders agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Assumption of Risk

Operating a dirt bike and participating in off-road riding activities involve inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to accidents, collisions, falls, mechanical failures, property damage, serious injury, or death. All riders voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

 

Safety Requirements

All riders are required to wear appropriate safety gear at all times while operating rental equipment, including a DOT-approved helmet, goggles, gloves, boots, and protective riding clothing. Dirt Bike Connection reserves the right to refuse rentals to any rider not complying with safety requirements.

 

Rider Responsibility

Renters and riders are responsible for operating all rental equipment in a safe and responsible manner and must follow all applicable laws, rules, and riding guidelines. Riders must possess the necessary skill and experience to safely operate the rented equipment.

For minor riders, a parent or legal guardian must supervise and accept full responsibility for the minor’s actions, safety, and compliance with these terms.

 

Equipment Inspection & Care

All rental equipment is provided in operating condition and should be inspected before use. Any damage, malfunction, or concern must be reported immediately before operation. Renters are responsible for the care, security, and proper use of all rental equipment during the rental period.

 

Damage, Loss & Theft

The renter accepts full financial responsibility for any damage, loss, theft, misuse, neglect, or excessive wear to the rental equipment occurring during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

 

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dirt Bike Connection, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, claims, or expenses arising from or related to the rental, operation, transportation, or use of rental equipment.

 

Indemnification

Renters and riders agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dirt Bike Connection from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal actions brought by third parties arising from the use or operation of rental equipment.

 

Insurance

Dirt Bike Connection does not provide medical, health, liability, collision, or theft insurance coverage for renters or riders. Riders are responsible for obtaining any desired insurance coverage.

 

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Rental reservations may require a deposit or full payment in advance. Cancellations, no-shows, late returns, or rescheduling requests may be subject to fees or forfeiture of payments at the discretion of Dirt Bike Connection.

 

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from rentals or use of equipment shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located within the State of Texas.

 

By completing a reservation, making payment, or using rental equipment, the renter acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
