Dirt Bike Connection is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.

5. Safety and Conduct

• Helmets and protective gear are required at all times.

• Riders must follow all local laws and safety rules.

• Reckless behavior, intoxication, or unsafe riding will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on notice time.
No refunds will be issued for early returns or policy violations. Please review our specific refund terms at checkout or contact us directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, photos, and designs — belongs to Dirt Bike Connection and may not be copied or used without permission.
